Badly Drawn Boy t-shirt - Damon Gough

PRODUCT REF : 111905

This Badly Drawn Boy t shirt features an image of the badly drawn boy himself - Damon Gough. He chose his stage name after seeing a kids show named "Sam and his Magic Bell" in which the main character is a badly drawn boy. Winner of the Mercury Music Prize in 2000 for his debut album "The Hour of the Bewilderbeast", he began his career to great critical acclaim. The next album realese "About a Boy" was written as the soundtrack to the film of the same name, based on Nick Hornby's book. This was followed by 2002's "Have You Fed the Fish?", which had a more commercial pop sound which was not welcomed by the music press. "One Plus One Is One" was his fourth album, released in 2004. After the release of this album Badly Drawn Boy decided to part company with his record company XL Recordings, and is now signed to EMI. The first album release on this new label was Badly Drawn Boy's latest album "Born in the UK" which deals with his experiences of growing up in the UK and was released in 2006. This is a 100% cotton Badly Drawn Boy tshirt.
