This kids Van Halen t shirt has a picture of Eddie Van Halen playing guitar. EVH and his brother Alex formed Van Halen in '72 with EVH as singer, but David Lee Roth joined shortly afterwards and Eddie concentrated on guitar playing. The original Van Halen made 6 albums before Roth quit. Sammy Hagar was the next to take up the mic, who they made 5 more albums with. He then left and Roth came back for a short time to do a reunion tour and Greatest Hits album. Next up was Gary Cherone, ex-singer for Extreme. Van Halen made one album with Cherone but he quit the group in '99. Van Halen again reformed in '04 with Hagar back but it did not last. There are rumours of a second Roth reunion sometime soon.
