She then formed a band called The Pagan Babies but the band kicked her out and changed their name to Italian Whorenuns. Her next band was called Babes in Toyland who she played bass for. They too could not put up with her long and she was asked to leave. Love then formed her band Hole in 1989, the band which she became famous with. Love met Kurt Cobain in 1990 before either of them had hit the limelight. They married in 1992 at the height of Nirvana's rise to fame after nevermind was released. They were married just two years before he committed suicide. Love has also had a successful career as an actress, appearing in "Sid and Nancy", "Straight to Hell", "The People vs. Larry Flint" and "Man on the Moon" among other films.
