Liam Gallagher confident of further success Liam Gallagher has insisted he has no regrets over the demise of Oasis and has instead tipped his new band, Beady Eye, to dominate the music scene for years to come.

The Mancunian, who helped drive demand for music T-shirts throughout the 90s and 00s, is currently recording his debut with his new band, which also boasts former Oasis men Gem Archer and Andy Bell among its members.

And, according to the singer, the finished result is likely to be heralded as the “best record you’ll hear for the next 50 years”, now that the group have opted to ditch the Rolling Stones-like initial recording sessions.

“It was slow and boring,” he told Sky News, adding that the band then went back to rock basics by adding “a Jerry Lee-style piano part and John Lennon vocals”.

Meanwhile, the younger Gallagher brother is also busy outside of the recording studio, gearing up to launch the first store for his Pretty Green fashion label.

As well as Oasis t-shirts for Noel fans, Liam’s supporters are also able to snap up music T-shirts sporting just the face of the group’s former frontman.ADNFCR-2904-ID-19916420-ADNFCR
