Liam Gallagher 'damaged Eric Cantona's car' Ex-Oasis drummer Tony McCarroll has admitted in his memoirs that he and the band’s former frontman Liam Gallagher used to damage the cars of Manchester United players.

Gallagher, a life-long fan of Manchester City, was reportedly responsible for damage to the vehicles of Paul Ince and Eric Cantona while working as a car valet back in the band’s early days.

The outspoken singer – who is now working on new band Beady Eye after a bitter disagreement with his brother Noel – might like to pick up a funny T-shirt poking fun at the Red Devils for his sibling’s recently-born third child.

It states “I can’t even walk and I already hate Man United” and is available now from 8ball.co.uk.

Meanwhile, Liam, 38, may be hoping his club can win their first trophy in 34 years following their new owner’s massive expenditure on new players such as David Silva, Jerome Boateng and Mario Balotelli in the summer.  ADNFCR-2904-ID-800101028-ADNFCR
