A new Joy Division box set of seven-inch vinyl discs is due to be released next month.
Ten discs will be included in the box, which is entitled ‘+-’, including some that have been created especially for the release.
All tracks featured have been remastered by Stephen Morris and Metropolis Studios’ Frank Arkwright, while new artwork is used from the band’s long-time visual collaborator Peter Saville for the box.
The release – out December 6th – will be strictly limited to just 5000 copies, with numbers one to 500 available as a super deluxe version with extra artwork and two CDs.
Fans of the band – famed for tracks including Love Will Tear Us Apart, Transmission and She’s Lost Control – may wish to pick up one of the range of alternative t-shirts in their honour available at 8ball.co.uk.
Why not opt for the Unknown Pleasures design, which features the album’s iconic cover artwork.
