Nirvana members re-unite at Foo Fighters show Former Nirvana members Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear have performed together for the first time since the death of Kurt Cobain in 1994.

The trio teamed up at the Paladino’s club in California last week (December 21st) to play Marigold, the non-album b-side of the Seattle group’s track Heart-Shaped Box, with Grohl singing lead and performing behind the drums.

Rock t-shirts may have been sported by many of those in the crowd at the venue, which included famous faces such as Juliette Lewis and Tony Kanal of No Doubt.

Fresh Foo Fighters material was also given an airing with new tracks Dear Rosemary, These Days, White Limo and Back + Forth performed.

Grohl fans might like to pick up one of the range of rock t-shirts available from 8ball.co.uk in his honour.
