Jeremy Clarkson makes further progress in mission to offend just about everyone
filed in Celebrities, Politics, TV on Dec.02, 2011
Unless you’ve been in hibernation this week (not a bad idea, admittedly) you will have seen Jeremy Clarkson’s controversial comments on the BBC’s flagship tea-time magazine show, along with the inevitable torrent of indignation that followed. Let’s take another look at what he said, purely for context of course:
Whilst Clarkson’s comments were obviously motivated by a certain amount of contempt for the strikes, anyone that took his remark about executing those involved in the public sector walkouts seriously should be injected with bubonic plague then drowned in the nearest canal. FOR REAL.
Nothing like a bit of troll-baiting, eh?
At 8Ball, we don’t condone the cuts, but we do celebrate controversy, tastelessness and vulgarity in all its forms. If you don’t like it…
We also thought we’d have a quick run-down of some of Clarkson’s best “did he just say that?” moments.
Who could forget the time he called Gordon Brown a “one-eyed Scottish idiot?”
Or how about his somewhat unsympathetic views on lorry drivers?
And then, of course, there was ‘Mexicogate’.
Got a view on all this? Guess what, no-one cares! Only joking 8Ballers, we would love to hear your take on Clarkson’s latest joke-gone-wrong.
And be sure to check out our offensive t shirts or we will torture a thousand kittens.
