Slipknot future in doubt Rock band Slipknot are unsure of their future following the death of bassist Paul Gray earlier this year.

Frontman Corey Taylor, who sports mask when onstage with Slipknot and is also the singer for Stone Sour, said he is “conflicted” about carrying on.

“It’s kind of a grey area right now,” he told FMQB Productions. “Everybody is still feeling it. It’s too soon to tell.”

Paul was an “integral” part of the rock band, Taylor continued and the orchestrator behind some of their best music.

The bassist was found dead in a hotel room in his hometown Des Moines, Iowa in May.

He was one of the founding members of the band, who wore masks on stage to hide their identity from those who knew them as they were starting out.ADNFCR-2904-ID-800056749-ADNFCR
