Ageing rockers The Who are set to take to the stage in London in March for an epic performance of one of their best-known albums.
Rock opera Quadrophenia will be played in full by the band, who’ve been rocking audiences since the 60s.
Dig out your vintage T-shirts and head to the capital because this is bound to be a night to remember and who would turn down the chance to see some of rock’s royalty playing one of their most iconic albums?
The show at the Royal Albert Hall is in aid of the Teenage Cancer Trust so as well as having an amazing evening, you’d be supporting a good cause too.
And if you needed any more encouragement, the words of Pete Townshend might be enough to seal the deal.
“Quadrophenia is music, it’s angry music, it never lets up, it’s full of energy. But it’s also simply a story of a kid who has a bad day,” he enthused in an interview with Rock Radio.
The Who’s performance will wind up a ten-day music extravaganza, also featuring the Arctic Monkeys, Suede and Noel Gallagher.
