Tom Cruise is rolling back the years by insisting on performing his own stunts in his new film Knight & Day, according to reports.
The 47-year-old Hollywood star is currently shooting the movie in Austria and can be seen leaping from the top of a Salzburg building in pictures published by the Daily Mail.
Formerly called Wichita, Knight & Day has been described as an action comedy and also features Cameron Diaz, star of There’s Something About Mary and Charlie’s Angels.
Cruise, whose role as an international spy requires him to swap a casual T-shirt for a slick suit, previously starred alongside Diaz in 2001′s Vanilla Sky.
Filming for Knight & Day, which is due for release next year, has also taken place on location in Boston, Massachusetts and the Spanish city of Cadiz.
The movie is being directed by James Mangold, whose previous film credits include Cop Land, Identity and Walk the Line, the acclaimed Johnny Cash biopic.
