8Ball.co.uk supports Katharine House Hospice for 2010

There are so many charities in the UK doing invaluable work, and helping people every day. We are contacted by lots of charities every month asking us for donations and assistance, and while they are all very worthy causes we unfortunately cannot support them all.

This is why we choose a local charity organisation to support over the course of a year, and for 2010 we have chosen Katharine House Hospice.

Katharine House Hospice provides free hospice care services for people faced with an illness that cannot be cured. These conditions include Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, End Stage Renal failure and Cancer. This free service enables Katharine House Hospice patients and those close to them to live as fully as possible and make the most of the time that’s left.

As with all charities Katharine House Hospice relies on donations from individuals and business’ to fund its activities and to provide the care to those in need. You can learn more about Katharine House Hospice at www.khhospice.org.uk/

At 8Ball.co.uk we make weekly t-shirt donations to Katharine House Hospice retail stores, as well as giving support to fundraising events and prizes. We also make monthly donations from our Banksy t-shirt range.*
