Understanding the status of my orders

Dispatched Orders

My order status says that my order has been dispatched, but I still haven't received my order

If your order status shows more than two items have been dispatched at the same time then your order will have been sent on a tracked service. Please ensure that you have not received a card from the courier/postal service letting you know that they have tried to deliver your parcel.

If you have received a dispatch email, and you are sure you haven't received a card please enquire about your item below.

Why have some items on my order been dispatched and others haven't?

If parts of your order are in stock, and others aren't, we will dispatch items as they become available to you. This does not affect the postage you have paid. If you want us to hold your order until complete we may be able to help you.

Orders not yet Dispatched

My order status shows an 'Estimated dispatch date'

As we offer such a huge range of hard to find t-shirts it's not always possible for us to keep all designs in all sizes in stock at all times. Some items may be awaiting a restock in the size you require and the "Estimated Dispatch Date" shown is the amount of time from the date of your order that we expect to be able to send that item.

We will try to get your order out sooner, but please be aware that the "Estimated Dispatch Date" shown is a guide only. If there are any other problems we will be in contact with you as soon as we become aware of them.

No problem, as long as your order hasn't been dispatched we'll get this sorted for you asap!

I've entered some incorrect address details

If you have entered some incorrect details on your billing address then you will need to log in and amend your details through your account, unfortunately due to data protection we cannot amend these details

Please note changes to your billing address cannot be applied to any active current orders and will only be applied to any future orders you may place.
