Christmas ’08 Order restrictions - Please help us get your order out the door!
Here at 8Ball.co.uk we work with suppliers from all over the world, and as this is our busiest time we do sell out of popular lines. We have re-stocks and new stock arriving daily to fulfil orders however we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery on all items on the website if ordered after certain dates. Please see below for restrictions:
If any T-shirts are marked ‘import’ in the product description we can only guarantee delivery for Christmas if ordered by 10th December. Import items ordered after this date will still be delivered, however they are not guaranteed before Christmas.
All Vintage tees can only be guaranteed delivery by Christmas if ordered by 5th December. Vintage items ordered after this date may still be delivered, however they are not guaranteed before Christmas.
All other tshirts available are from UK based suppliers and can be ordered up to 15th December for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Items ordered after this date can be upgraded to next day delivery up until 23rd December if stock is available. Call 0844 3221212 for more details on next day service.
Despatch time
Please note this website is not a stock list. We pride ourselves in offering the best t-shirts from all over the world, as a result it is impossible for us to keep all items in stock at any one time. If an item is in stock, and as long as as you place your order before 12PM GMT we will dispatch your order the same day. If an item is out of stock it may take up between 7 to 28 days for delivery, dependent on the supplier we source the T-Shirt from. This could mean the supplier has also sold out of the item, they are reprinting the design, or there is a licensing issue.We do our best to keep in contact with all our suppliers and as soon as we are aware of any delay in receiving your t-shirt order we will give you an update via the email address you provided of an expected delivery date. It is your responsibility to ensure that you give us your correct contact, address and delivery details.
We will deliver to the address you provide us, so failure to provide the correct details may mean that your goods are sent to an incorrect address.
You can review the details you have provided us at account registration, order confirmation and on your order confirmation email. If you have processed an order with incorrect details then it is your responsibility to contact us immediately so we can amend them. If your order has already been dispatched then regrettably 8Ball Mail Order Ltd cannot be held responsible for the missing item.
