Returns

Eightball undertake to supply premium quality products to our customers and hope you will be pleased with any products you decide to purchase from www.8ball.co.uk.
You may return a product only within 7 days of purchase, however you must phone us on 0844 322 1212 (from inside the UK) or +44 1785 330360 (from outside the UK) or by email to returns@8ball.co.uk to obtain a returns number. Returns will not be accepted without a returns number. All products should be returned to us in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please see below for the different reasons for returns and the procedures you should follow.

1. The product is damaged or faulty.
   Whilst we make every effort to ensure the product reaches you in excellent condition occasionally products may be imperfect and need to be returned to us. If this is the case please call us on 0844 322 1212 (from inside the UK) or +44 1785 330360 (from outside the UK) or by email to returns@8ball.co.uk and one of our advisors will give you a returns number. If the product is faulty then we will cover the cost of the return postage.
   In this case we can either send you out a replacement or refund your money according to your wishes.
   PLEASE ENSURE THE RETURNS NUMBER IS CLEARLY MARKED ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE PACKAGE.
2. The product you received is not the one you ordered. Behind all this technological website gubbins there are actual people, and hey, as mortal humans we sometimes may make a mistake.
   If we have made a mistake and shipped the wrong product to you please telephone us on 0844 322 1212 (from inside the UK) or +44 1785 330360 (from outside the UK), or by email to returns@8ball.co.uk and one of our advisors will give you a returns number. We will issue you with a returns number and if we are at fault we will cover the cost of the return shipping returns@8ball.co.uk.

3. The product does not fit or you’ve changed your mind.
