We pass responsibility for taking your payment to one of two trusted third party’s of your choosing. This means we do not hold any of your debit or credit card information, we leave that to trusted financial institutions, and therefore is safer than using your card in a shop on the high street.Once you add items to your cart and reach the checkout stage you can select to pay securely in one of two ways;

Paypal is recognized world wide and is one of the worlds leading and most trusted online payment system and gives YOU complete control over your payments to 8Ball. Paypal is also eBay’s preferred method of payment. If you select Paypal as your payment method we never have any access to your financial information, you are in control. If you have a Paypal account then you know how it works, just select ‘Paypal’ at the check out stage and place your order that way.
If you are new to Paypal you can set up an account free of charge through 8Ball.co.uk. No credit/debit card information is required to sign up to Paypal. However once you are signed up, and you have a Paypal account you can just add money to cover your purchases with 8Ball, or any other online retailer. All your purchases are protected with Paypal Buyer Protection.
By Credit or Debit Card through HSBC Secure Card ePayment
- You find a product (s), add it to your shopping basket and click to go to the checkout.
- Your order is encrypted and passed to the HSBC Secure Card ePayment server for payment.
- You enter your card and address details.
- Your details are then security checked and verified with the relevant card issuer. This prevents a fraudulent transactions.
- You receive a message in your internet browser window to tell you that your transaction is complete, and we are issued with a receipt of the transaction.
- We check the transaction receipt against the item order and ship your order when ready.
- You then receive an automatically generated dispatch email, with a copy of your sales invoice.
Your card payment details are encrypted by HSBC. The electronic data you enter is scrambled using complex algorithms, ensuring that the data cannot be read by anyone else, including us at 8Ball.
Privacy Policy
When you register your details and or place an order with us we collect your name, email, mail address, phone number(s) and card details. We will also record which products you have purchased, and monitor traffic through the website, this information is collected to help us to improve the site and the shopping process.Any information we collect will not be used by any organisations except 8Ball Mail Order Ltd. We will use this information to process your orders and if you select to receive information from us when registering, we may use it to inform you of new products and services from 8Ball which may be of use to you.
