A mural by renowned graffiti artist Banksy is to remain on display in Detroit following a court ruling.
Judge Gershwin Drain of Wayne County ruled that the work can stay in place at 555 Nonprofit Galleries and Studio until a case to determine ownership is held in June of next year.
Staff at the establishment took the mural - painted on a 1,500lb piece of cinderblock - from a disused car plant in Detroit, but Bioresource is claiming ownership and suggests it could be worth $100,000 (£65,000).
Owners of Banksy T-shirts will immediately recognise the piece as being a distinctive example of the Bristol-based mystery artist's work.
It depicts a child holding a bucket of red paint and a brush, with the words "I remember when all this was trees" written on the wall.
Last month, a new Banksy piece appeared in St Leonards, East Sussex.
