Honour Oscar winners with movie t-shirts

28/02/2011

A string of films and their stars bagged major accolades at the Academy Awards last night (February 27th).

British film The King's Speech took home four Oscars - best picture, best actor, best director and best original screenplay - at the 83rd edition of the awards show, which took place at Hollywood's Kodak Theatre.

"I have a feeling my career's just peaked," Colin Firth, who played King George VI in the film, joked as he received the best actor award.

The actor added: "I'm afraid I have to warn you that I'm experiencing stirrings somewhere in the upper abdominals."

Other big winners of the night included Natalie Portman, who won best actress for her role in Black Swan, and The Social Network, which received film editing, original score and adapted screenplay honours.

There are plenty of t-shirts available at 8ball.co.uk to celebrate the many and varied victors at the annual awards ceremony.
