Weezer to make TV show appearance

Weezer will make a guest appearance on a US television show, a member of its cast has revealed.
The alternative rock quartet - whose hits include Beverly Hills, Hash Pipe and Pork and Beans - have already filmed an episode of The Hard Times of RJ Berger, according to actress Amber Lancaster.
Speaking to MTV, Lancaster explained how she met the band for the first time on the set of the teen sitcom and managed to force her way into the scene featuring her idols.
"I was originally not in that script and I was like, 'I want to be at that concert! I love Weezer!' So they wrote me into that episode. That was cool," she said.
The first episode from the new series of the programme is set to air on US television tomorrow (March 24th).
