Wear funny political T-shirt as government announcement nears

Following the conclusion of last week's general election, some observers may wish to splash out on a political T-shirt with a satirical look at the result.

The nationwide poll ended with the Conservatives winning the most seats, but not enough to gain an overall majority, meaning an alliance between any of the three parties remains a possibility.

Current prime minister Gordon Brown is likely to have been knocked out of power, so a funny T-shirt taking a look at his plight may be an attractive option to many.

For example, 8ball.co.uk offers tops with the slogans Where Will I Live Now? and The End Is Nigh emblazoned across the chest.

But Labour supporters have plenty of options too, such as a T-shirt with the words Hell, At Least We're Not The Tories printed on it.

Wearing a political T-shirt is likely to become even more topical over the coming days as the Conservatives meet the Liberal Democrats to try and thrash out a power-sharing deal.
