New funny T-shirts could be on the cards with MIB 3

Intergalactic fun and games could be returning to the big screen with Men In Black 3, but this time Sony wants us all to laugh - a lot.

Of course, Will Smith is down to reprise his part as Agent J but now we're going back in time so rather than Tommy Lee Jones as Agent K, we'll have Josh Brolin - if he confirms.

But if you're thinking that those two aren't necessarily going to inspire a new wave of funny T-shirts, you could be right.

In a bid to generate some more laughs from the movie, Sony apparently has Sacha Baron Cohen (aka Borat) and Jermaine Clement of Flight of the Conchords fame in its sights.

Bloody Disgusting revealed the preferred line up for the new cast and told us that shooting is rumoured to be scheduled for this spring.

If that's the case then we should get some confirmation sooner rather than later - you'd hope anyway.

Eton Cohen, who penned the screenplays for films like Tropic Thunder and Igor, wrote the latest offering.

So we had a giant cockroach in the first film and an attractive shape-shifter in the second instalment, so who knows what aliens will grace our screens third time round?
