Celebrate Kiss entering the studio with classic rock t-shirts

Kiss are poised to enter the studio in March and hope to have a new record, their 20th, released by the end of the year.

Guitarist Tommy Thayer told Backstageaxxess.com the band would approach the album in much the same way they did with their last LP Sonic Boom, which was the group's highest-ever charting album.

He said: "We'll probably be in the studio by March, so sometime this year I'm sure you'll see a spanking new Kiss album that's going to kick some butt!"

Thayer added the band's frontman Paul Stanley will once again produce as he knows better than anybody what a Kiss record should sound like.
