Wear music T-shirt to unveiling of Dizzee window display

London rapper Dizzee Rascal has been confirmed as one of the stars to create a window display at Selfridges in the capital.

Along with Florence and the Machine star Florence Welch, Dizzee will be given free rein of the designs in the shop's front.

Also signed up to the project are Hot Chip, Empire of the Sun and Paloma Faith.

Fans of Dizzee - or indeed the other celebrities - may wish to buy a music T-shirt with his image or lyrics emblazoned across the front.

It could be worn to the store when his display is revealed, or to one of the three festival appearances he is due to make in Britain later this year.

Launching in May, the plan is aimed at celebrating lyrical power and is timed to coincide with the start of the UK's festival season.

"The concept behind this is crazy. I want people to be blown away, to see how creative we can be visually with my music," says Dizzee.
