Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler has announced he is to release his debut solo single.

The vocalist - famed for hits including Love In An Elevator and I Don't Want To Miss A Thing - has recorded a song entitled Love Lives.

According to the Tokyograph, it will act as the theme song for the upcoming Japansese movie Space Battleship Yamato.

It is set to be released on November 24th, with a sample of the audio currently available to hear online.
