England have got the team, the manager, the travelling fans and the ambition (as always) to do well at this year's World Cup, the only thing missing is a song.
But don't worry, Frank Skinner may yet come to the rescue.
Three Lions won't be rehashed but the comedian has said he may pen another tune and will no doubt be hoping fans will sing it from the terraces.
Speaking to BBC 5 Live, Skinner said: "I think I might have a go at writing a new one with the other guys."
Despite the FA saying that there won't be an official England song for this year's competition, Skinner could bring out another belter - along with David Badiel and the Lightening Seeds.
It could be better off avoiding official approval anyway - Three Lions was an unofficial song for the '98 World Cup tournament and every fan up and down the country knows the words.
Who knows, some may even have retro T-shirts with the Three Lions lyrics scrawled on them.
But it'd be a surprise if anyone can name the official France '98 tune - in case you're wondering it was On Top of the World by the Spice Girls, among others.
