Several bands have been added to the Oxegen 2011 bill, including Scottish indie-folk heroes Glasvegas.
The Glasgow group led by James Allan will join Manic Street Preachers, Metronomy, Professor Green, Slash and Pete Docherty as some of the latest additions to the Irish festival.
Glasvegas has received huge acclaim for their latest LP EUPHORIC /// HEARTBREAK \, which was released earlier this month.
Oxegen looks set to be a dream event for indie fans, as The Strokes, The Vaccines, The National, Eels, Jimmy Eat World, Friendly Fires and Noah & The Whale have all confirmed their places at the occasion.
If anyone heading to the festival wants to indulge in some pop music during their stay, they can check out performances by Ke$ha, The Saturdays, Tinie Tempah, Eliza Doolittle, Bruno Mars and Jessie J.
Oxegen takes place in Punchestown, County Kildare from July 7th to 10th 2011.
