Fans of classic 80s movies will no doubt be eager to boot up their computers and view the new Tron Legacy trailer, which has now been released online.
At first glance, it seems that the futuristic world will prove an exciting setting for the latest instalment, with two of the actors from the original film reprising their roles.
Newly-crowned Oscar winner Jeff Bridges will once again play Kevin Flynn - the man who became trapped in the alternate universe in the first movie - while Bruce Boxleitner will take on the parts of Alan Bradley and Tron once again.
The snippets from the trailer will probably be enough to encourage film buffs to rush out and buy new Tron Tee shirts ahead of the movie's release on December 17th this year.
If you've yet to hear about the plot, it follows Kevin's son Sam - played by Garrett Hedlund - who gets pulled into the cyber world while investigating his father's disappearance.
What happens thereafter will no doubt be action and special effects-packed, with father and son embarking on a "life-and-death journey" - to quote Disney's description.
