Get your Motorhead T-shirts ready for Rock in Rio

Fans of Motorhead will probably be planning a path across Europe to see them at established rock festivals like Rock Am Ring in Germany, Sonisphere in Switzerland and Download in Britain.

But now the heavy metal band have added another, sunnier date to their festival tour - Rock in Rio in Portugal.

According to Bravewords.com, Motorhead will take to the stage at the event in May alongside the likes of Rammstein and Megadeth.

You can be sure that the crowds will be filled with people supporting their favourite bands, with many Motorhead T-shirts on show among them.

The band performed at the Austin Music Hall in Texas on St Patrick's Day and they'll be crossing the pond again shortly for their string of European shows.

You can expect plenty of head-banging all over the continent when they play some of their classic tracks like Ace of Spades, Overkill and Born to Raise Hell.
