Shopping with 8Ball

8Ball.co.uk is a leading online retailer of t-shirts from all over the world!

• At 8Ball.co.uk postage and packing is completely free for UK orders over £50.00.
• Items that are in stock are usually dispatched within 24 hours by First Class mail and delivery usually then takes 3-5 working days for UK orders.

We have designed our site to be as simple to use as possible and on this page we provide some simple tips on how to search, browse and purchase. We hope you enjoy your visit!

Searching

The easiest way to find what you're looking for is to search for it. The 'Search' bar is on the left of every page, at the top, below the 8Ball.co.uk logo.

Simply type the band, TV, movie or person's name into the box and click 'Search'. Possible suggestions will also pop up depending on what you type. If you don't find what you want straight away, here are a few tips:

• Keep it simple
  Best results are often obtained if you enter just one or two key words from the title of a band, TV, Movie or name of a person. Try using the least common words. (Don't use words like 'the', 'and', 'a', etc. which will produce many results.)
• Don't worry about punctuation
  Adding punctuation is not necessary when searching.
• Try searching with different words
  Sometimes you may be able to find what you are looking for by searching different terms EG: Hendrix, Jimi instead of Jimi Hendrix.

Browsing

Searching is not the only way to find what you're looking for - browsing the site is also an option. You can select a t-shirt design genre from the left hand menu. This will take you to the home page for that genre and the latest products for that genre will be displayed. You can then start browsing that section alphabetically, or choose from the section drop down menu.

Alternatively, just hit the 'Search' button without entering anything into the 'Search' bar, this will display all products alphabetically, so just click the relevant letter for your search.

Purchasing

Making a purchase at 8Ball.co.uk is easy and secure.

• Choosing an item
  When you find an item you want to purchase, click the 'Add to basket' button. The item will be added to your 'Shopping Basket' which is found on the top right of the page, and will show how many items you currently have in your basket.
• Paying for your item
  When you are ready to buy, click the basket icon button
• Creating an account
  The first time you make a purchase with us you will need to register and create an account. The account will store your name, address and account preferences. This only takes a couple of minutes to set up and is fully secure.

You can order in one of two ways:

• Using one of our secure online payment gateways
• By calling Customer Services on 0844 3221212

Confirming your item and payment
During the checkout process we will ask you to confirm the delivery address and show you the total cost of your purchase including postage costs (remember all orders over £50.00 are free to UK customers!). On 8Ball.co.uk you can choose to pay by several methods:

• Your credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro & Solo.
• Paypal. We accept all Paypal payments; you can log into your account from our checkout page or even create a new Paypal account if you are new to Paypal

Card Security
Visa and Mastercard have introduced new security checks for the protection of credit and debit cards online. As a result you may be asked for your Verified by Visa or MasterCard® SecureCode™ password when completing a purchase on 8ball.co.uk. To find out more about these services:

• Mastercard® SecureCode™ website

What happens if I am not registered for Verified by Visa or MasterCard® SecureCode™?
If your order requires one of these additional security checks and you are not already registered with your card issuer, you will be prompted to register securely during the checkout process and create a password for your card. If you're unsure about this new service, you may be able to complete your order without registering but we recommend that you contact your card issuer to find out more about the service.

I'm registered but when do I enter my details?
If further information is required, you will be asked for it as you complete your order. Remember your Verified by Visa or MasterCard® SecureCode™ password is not your 8ball.co.uk password and 8ball.co.uk does not have access to your Verified by Visa or MasterCard® SecureCode™ password.

If I have a problem with Verified by Visa or MasterCard® SecureCode™ who should I contact?
You should contact the card issuer who issued your card. Their contact details are normally found on the back of your credit/debit card
