Our no hassle returns policy is valid for 90 days from receipt of an item.

To return an item, simply fill out the returns slip inside your delivered order and use the returns address sticker. You’ll need to cover the cost of returning your items (exceptions apply, see below) but we’ll send out exchanges at no further cost. You'll need to take to your nearest Post Office or use a courier to return the item.

If you no longer have the returns slip please email us at: help@8ball.co.uk with your original order number and we'll be happy to assist. 

You can return any item for exchange, refund or for a store credit. All we ask is that the item is in it's original unworn and unwashed state with any tags still attached. Trying on an item does not affect it (so long as you do not stain the item with makeup or deodorant).
