We have been doing this since all the way back in 1998 and started our first webstore in 2000, that’s a long time and have seen people come and go, but the underlying experience remains and that enables us to go above and beyond in the service that we offer to you as a customer.

Every product that we sell has undergone some critical quality checks to ensure that the product that you receive is the very best that it could be. The rule is that if we would not wear it ourselves then it goes in the bin. You will always get a top grade product when you order anything from 8Ball. Our no quibble returns policy means that if there is anything that you want to swap or refund from your order, we will get it done with no questions asked, giving you the confidence to buy, even if you are not getting something for yourself. 

 Note: Delivery times are provided as an estimate - for international deliveries, customs procedures can affect the delivery time of your orders. 

Our no hassle returns policy is valid for 60 days from receipt of an item.

You can return any item for exchange, refund or for a store credit. All we ask is that the item is in it's original unworn and unwashed state with any tags still attached. Trying on an item does not affect it (so long as you do not stain the item with makeup or deodorant).
