Welcome to the 8Ball enquiries page. We have included answers for most of the common questions below. Please choose the topic most relevant to your query and be sure to read through the information before sending in a query.

Delivery times from 8ball can vary depending on the items ordered and what delivery option was chosen at the time of purchase. Below we have the four main categories for delivery. Please note that if your order contained multiple items it may be in more than one category. For example if your order contained normal and import shirts then they will be sent separately.

At 8ball we will always do our best to get the items out to you as soon as possible. For most standard deliveries this means that we can get the shirt in the post within 1-2 working days of the order being placed.

It is worth noting that we also have a large number of items which are imported from our suppliers. These can be identified on their product page and with their longer dispatch time.

We have a number of different options for delivery ranging from our standard delivery to next day priority shipping. Our orders are generally shipped within 1-2 working days of receiving the order and are then subject to the following times.

  • Standard delivery - Uses Royal Mail second class post and is usually recived within 3-5 working days.
  • First class delivery - Uses Royal Mail first class post and is usually with you 1-2 working days from dispatch
  • Tracked priority - Uses DPD and will be with you the next available day. Please note that orders must be placed before 12pm for it to be included on next day delivery. Any order placed after 12pm will be delivered via the same service the day after. Also note that the next day service is not available for weekends

Please note that due to the busy Christmas period, orders may take an extra 2-3 days to be dispatched. Please allow for this when chasing delivery.

With Standard and First Class deliveries, we cannot track the parcel. Once you recieve your dispatch confirmation, please wait for the above times before getting in touch.

With the Tracked Priority order you will get a notification from DPD on the morning of the delivery advising you of the delivery slot.

Imported items are subject to slightly longer dispatch time as our normal orders as they are sourced from our partners instead of being directly printed by ourselves. You can identify an imported item by checking it’s product page where it will mention it’s status as an import item and the estimated dispatch time.

Please note that the dispatch time is only an estimate of when the product will arrive with 8ball. Once with us it will be dispatched and subject to the normal rules for delivery. Also, non-import items on the order will be delivered separately and will likely arrive sooner.

If you are chasing delivery for an imported item, first of all check to see if the order is still within its dispatch time. If it is then the item is still in transit from the supplier and it will be dispatched to you as soon as it arrives with 8Ball. You will get a dispatch notification e-mail when this happens.

If the item is outside of the dispatch time and you haven’t had a confirmation that the order has been dispatched, then please contact us below.

If your order is being delivered to anywhere other than the UK then your delivery time will take a little longer. We use standard international delivery and times can vary from country to country. Please note that the times below are the standard delivery times. We advise all international customers to please allow up to 14 days from dispatch before chasing the delivery.

  • Europe - Around 5 - 7 working days from dispatch

  • US - Around 5 - 7 working days from dispatch

  • Rest of the world - Around 7-14 working days from dispatch

We are very proud of our products and we hope you enjoy using them as much as we did making them. However, we know that even genius t shirt gurus like ourselves are not infallable. In which case you may need to arrange a replacement.

While we really want to make sure you get a shirt you are happy with, we do have a few rules around replacements. Mainly that the item you return is in it’s original condition. So no damage or stains please.

Arranging a return with 8ball is simple but can vary depending on where you placed your order. Please identify where you placed your order.

We have an easy to use system for returning items you purchased direct from 8ball.co.uk. If you go to “INFO” at the top menu and select “Returns Portal” you can easily follow the steps to arrange the return and replacement. You can also go through the returns link in your account.

Be sure to highlight why you are returning the product. If you are wanting a replacement then you also need to write a clear explanation of what you would like to exchange the item for. Be sure to include both size and colour as well as design

Once through the process you will be provided with a returns number and an address. Simply place the items in a parcel and write down the address and returns number on the outside.

When the parcel has arrived back at 8ball HQ it will be processed, the items inspected and either refunded or replaced as the situation demands.

If you wish to send back an item that your ordered through Amazon then you will need to go to their website to arrange the return/

Once on the site you should go to ‘Your Account’ > ‘Your Orders’ > ‘Return or Replace Items’ and follow the steps for the item that you wish to return. Be sure to highlight why you are returning the product. If you are wanting a replacement then you also need to write a clear explanation of what you would like to exchange the item for. This can be done in the return notes

When you have gone through the process you will be provided with a returns slip to print out and an address. Simply place the items in a parcel with the address and include the returns slip inside.

When the parcel has arrived back at 8ball HQ it will be processed, the items inspected and either refunded or replaced as the situation demands.

There is a chance that you have purchased one of your products from one of our partner channels and you wish to arrange a return. In order to do this you will need to fill out the form highlighted below.

Be sure to highlight why you are returning the product. If you are wanting a replacement then you also need to write a clear explanation of what you would like to exchange the item for.

During the next working day you will be contacted via e-mail with the return address and returns number. Simply place the items in a parcel with the address and returns number on the outside.

When the parcel has arrived back at 8ball HQ it will be processed, the items inspected and either refunded or replaced as the situation demands.

We all make mistakes and our dizzying array of awesome shirts can sometimes leave people a little befuddled. In such a state it's easy to impulse buy 20 of the latest shirts and then remember that you needed that money to buy food.

In any case, as long as the item hasn’t been dispatched you can cancel the order and we’ll arrange for a full refund as soon as possible. If the order has been dispatched we cannot refund you right away, but simply return the shirt to us and we’ll get you your money back when it has arrived back with us.

For the vast majority of our t-shirts we use 100% cotton* Gildan Soft Style t-shirts, but will use Gildan Heavy Cottons when these are unavailable, particularly in larger sizes. Ringer t-shirts are usually printed on Fruit of the Loom garments.

Imported items - These can differ depending on country of origin, supplier and even by specific design but most are printed on (but not limited to) Gildan Heavy Cotton, Gildan Soft Styles, Anvil, Fruit of the Loom and Sol’s.

*Ash grey, antique red, antique blue, antique green t-shirts tend to have a 10% acrylic/polyester, 90% cotton composition. Dark heather t-shirts are 65% polyester, 35% cotton.

8Ball will not purchase any designs that we have not seen first.
